Vince Warner, President, earned a BS degree in Design Engineering from BYU in 1985. He has a wide range of experience in mechanical engineering and design ranging from design of full scale wind tunnels for NASA and the automotive industry to designing robotic factory automation equipment for the SEMI conductor industry. His specialty is using advanced 3D CAD modeling tools to create detailed electronic prototypes of mechanical systems and components, design of opto-mechanical assemblies, motion control systems, and product development of commercial retail products. He has 30 years of experience in precision machine design, plastic injection molding, electronics packaging, process control systems and optical design. His last 13 years have been devoted to working in the new business start-up environment designing and developing products and taking them to market. He is the co-founder of a number of start-ups companies including: FusionIO Inc. which is now a 3 billion dollar company, Field Optics Research, a sport optics accessory company, and SaferHome LLC, makers of the Patent Pending Grate Lift.
Some of the companies he as worked with are: Intergraph Corporation, Evens and Sutherland, General Dynamics, Sverdrup Technology, Moxtek, Realm Systems, Therma-Wave, Lightfleet Corporation, FusionIO, Portalis, Audio Share, Black Diamond Engineering, Tactical Lighting Solutions, and SolidPartners Inc and others.

Dave Ballif, Principle Electrical Engineer, earned his degree from BYU in 1990. Dave brings a wide breadth of knowledge and expertise to RMPD. His experience includes design of PCI-e Digital Video systems, Wireless sensors, RF Systems, Network Systems, Satellite systems, Microprocessor and Micro controller design, DSP and digital design, Software Engineering and consumer and commercial product design.
He has an impressive list of companies that have used his services including Panasonic Corporation, Williams Communications, Vision Global Network Labs, Digital Radio Communications, Megahertz (3Com), Electronic Technology Corp, and is the owner of Lone Peak Labs, Inc.
